Since Toolbox wasn't recognizing my card, I asked SOA what to do next. But I soon found that purchasing a new map requires using Toolbox which is supposed to load the latest map on my SD card. Eventually, I was told, as some of you were, that I need only purchase a new map and SOA would reimburse me. I did and we began to email back and forth. I don't know how they have these OEM cards formatted where it's not recognizable. They all see the card and I can view the contents just fing.
